![]() ![]() It's either GTA 4's horrible optimization, or Nvidia's Optimus which should've been outlawed for use in Laptops since it only causes problems (Sonic Generations is another that has issues with Optimus). It's even worse - the game refused to launch with DXVK at all. Log seems to report the resolution as 800x300 or thereabouts.ĮDIT 2 : I got access to friend's Steam/RGSC account which has GTA 4, so I tested that as well. It's just that the resolution rendered on screen is really low for some reason. After you have patched the game (with 1.0.7.0) you can crack it Grand Theft Auto IV v1.0.7.0. ![]() resolution (2nd screenshot proves this, although you need to squint hard to see it). Until that patch,you will only install patches 1by1. The thing is, I couldn't find anyone else with the same problem, which might suggest that the problem lie somewhere with the crack somehow not playing nice with DXVK.ĮDIT : I want to add that the game properly detects 1080p as the max. ![]() What happened instead is the resolution dropped significantly to the point that texts are unreadable. I have GTA 4 1.0.7.0 installed with prophet/reloaded crack. ![]()
